The Religious Director at PGMA supervises all religious and educational activities.

Board of Trustees oversees the general activities of PGMA to ensure that they are within the framework of the Constitution. Board of Trustees is the policy making body of PGMA.

The Executive Committee is the seven-member administrative body appointed by the Board of Trustees to oversee the daily operations of PGMA. Led by the Executive Director, the committee includes the Imam, Treasurer, Secretary, and Managers of Facilities, Communications, and IT. Meeting weekly to ensure operational excellence, the committee is responsible for executing the corporation’s objectives, managing the annual budget, and maintaining official records. It serves as the operational core of the larger Executive Council and acts as the primary liaison to the Board of Trustees.
