Friday, October 13 @ 6:50 PM – Departure from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) via Saudia Airlines
Saturday, October 14 @ 1:55 PM – Arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah) – 2 hr 45 min layover
Saturday, October 14 @ 4:40 PM – Departure from King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah) via Saudia Airlines
Saturday, October 14 @ 5:45 PM – Arrival at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport (Madinah), check-in to Anwar Al-Madinah Movenpick hotel (or equivalent 5 star hotel, walking distance to the Prophet’s mosque).
Sunday, October 15 to Tuesday, October 17 – Stay in Madinah, Tours and Ziyaaraat
Wednesday, October 18 – Travel to Makkah via bus transportation, stop at Meeqaat Masjid Zul-Hulaifah, arrive in Makkah, check-in to Swissotel hotel (or equivalent 5 star hotel, walking distance to the Haram), perform Umrah.
Thursday, October 19 to Saturday, October 21 – Stay in Makkah, Tours and Ziyaaraat
Sunday, October 22 – Bus transportation to King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah) and departure via Saudia Airlines (8:40 AM), arrival at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) at 3:05 PM.
Registration and Payment deadline
All registrations and full payment for the trip must be received by September 1, 2023.
