PGMA envisions itself as the cornerstone of a flourishing Muslim community, enriched by diverse backgrounds, fostering inclusivity and tolerance among its members, and engaging with neighbors in a manner that reflects Islamic ideals. Our goal is to nurture the next generation of American Muslim leaders and intellectuals, fostering a community grounded in strong morals and exemplary practices.

What has sustained PGMA for over three decades is the commitment of our members. Your contributions and memberships enable us to fulfill crucial responsibilities such as aiding the less fortunate, educating our youth, facilitating Islamic burials, and facilitating spiritual growth through prayer and guidance.

By becoming a member, you directly support both yourself and the wider community served by PGMA and its associated programs, and services.

Benefits of becoming a member include;
– Voting, nominating, to be elected, or selected to/for any elected position at PGMA after completing 12 months of membership.
– Having a voice at our General Body Meetings (GBM)

Membership is available to all Muslims residing in Prince George’s County.
Individual membership is $50/year.
Family membership is $100/year.
Membership is subject to approval by the Executive Council.
